Difference between coaching and mentoring...
Primarily there is no difference, except for coaching is a skill that you successfully pass on to another.
Mentoring is the training of that skill, to such a great success, that you are referred to as a Mentor.
I am referred to as a mentor because of the testimonials, and successes that others have achieved as a result of my teaching.
