Course Size
The optimum amount for this workshop is 20 people. It allows me to create 4 groups for break-out sessions, and get to know everyone in some way.
For companies with much more staff than this, who want the entire spectrum to benefit, take a cross section from every functional department - from cleaning, the mailroom, on up, and spread it over the course of a week. Book up to a 5 day block, and have a different set of functions participate each day. If there are still more, designate a functional leader to take back the essence of the message, and help them recognize their own potential.
